Senior Software Engineer C/C++

Sr. Software Engineer C C++ to join our team and contribute to a key applications used throughout the company. We are building world-class products to help our clients serve their customers better and we need a strong software engineer to help us design and ship those products. Senior Software Engineer - Java

* Significantly contribute to the creation of new enterprise-wide software

* Identify and solve technical problems

* Sr QA/Programmer Enginner - Scottsdale, AZ

* Test Definition:

- Prior proven experience writing test plans and test cases

- Prior experience analyzing the needs of internal/external clients

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

* Test Execution:

- Prior proven experience with black box/gray box testing

- Must have experience testing web applications

- Must be able to write SQL queries to identify and verify data used by code

- Must also be able to write SQL to find or create baseline data for complex test scenarios

* Bug Tracking:

- Familiarity with a bug tracking tool (e.g., Bugzilla, RT), and associated processes

- Ability to write concise bug reports is a must.

* Automation:

- Familiarity with programming/scripting language(s) (e.g., Perl, UNIX shell)

* Mentoring:

- Provide guidance to more junior team members in developing testing & technical skills.

- Document all stages of the QA process and work with QA Leads/Director to define & improve best testing practices.

* Server Knowledge:

- Prior experience with the basics of server administration, including server starts/stops

- Prior experience with basic modifications to web server config files

- Experience with Apache on Linux Preferred:

* Experience testing applications developed using Open Source Technologies in a large scale transaction environment (Linux, Apache, Perl, MySQL * LAMP)

* Strong scripting language skills (e.g. Perl, Shell scripting)

* Prior experience with open-source test automation tools (e.g. JUnit, TestNG)

* Prior experience with continuous integration systems such as Hudson or Cruise Control

* Prior experience with build tools such as Ant or Maven.

* Familiar with Linux at least at a user level (i.e., experience working at the command prompt)

LAN Analyst

Basic Purpose: The LAN Analyst, Sr. for the Solutions Delivery department will assist in providing IT services to one or more areas of the business. They have knowledge of and experience with the business processes they support and maintain. Through interaction with their leadership and business area subject matter experts, they have an understanding of the business process lifecycle, process critical success factors, and can assist in identifying gaps in process functionality not met by current technology.


• Analysis and resolution of assigned problem tickets which are more complex or severe in nature

• Identifies and implements opportunities to reduce problems and optimize support

• Provides level 2 problem resolution support

• Participates as a SME on various application and technical projects

• Leads small to medium complexity technical projects

• Tracks, monitors, and reports progress of project plan components.

• Designs technical solutions and leads deployment

• Directs development of technical documentation

• Assists in the definition of configuration guidelines for software and hardware

• Develops test plans and leads solution testing

• Leads development of support and enduser documentation

• Leads development of training materials and enduser training


Qualifications Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (7 years IT experience) is required

• At least 1 year experience as a working lead in a technical group mentoring and coaching team members is preferred

• Experience with planning, architecting/designing, and building Windows infrastructure.

• Foundational Windows programming language experience (or strong knowledge) in either VB script OR PowerShell.

• Prior experience or demonstrated competence in either Active Directory OR Exchange 2007 / 2010 Administration.

• Prior experience in writing technical documentation related to project work.

• Open to 5% travel and available to be "on call" as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

• MCSE Certification.

• Foodservice (or related industry) experience working in an IT role.
